What should I recheck when returning to an old shopping cart?
Check whether any offer applied earlier has expired or changed. Check whether your saved contact details are still appropriate.
How can I check whether a seller-provided guarantee applies to the purchase?
Identify who is making the stated commitment. If buying for someone else, ask whether the arrangement affects who can make a request.
What should I check if an approved refund has not appeared yet?
Keep the original order reference available for follow-up. Look for a refund reference if the seller provides one.
